Right now the bedroom is downstairs but you could configure the place differently of course!

The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a washer/dryer in the building. The building has roof access which is well maintained with great views of Manhattan and perfect for hosting.

The landlord wants the new tenant(s) to go on the lease so the usual process for this will apply.
