The apartment is spacious and sunny, located on the first floor of a corner building off of Bedford St. I'll leave the place nice and spotless with plenty of space for your own belongings. Price includes all utilities.

Furnishings include a bed, couch, tv(w roku) and nice sound system, kitchen equipment (including an espresso machine and fancy blender), kitchen table, dresser, and a bike. I'm open to you moving things around and making it your own place, especially if staying for longer.

The neighborhood is really great with easy access to the 2/3/4/5 Franklin Stop and the B/Q Prospect Park Stop. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Prospect Park and the Botanic Gardens, a 10 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum and a 15 minute walk to Grand Army Plaza. You have great access to both Crown Heights and Lefferts Gardens, including plenty of bars and restaurants. There are two great bar/restaurants that are also venues with live jazz/rock/comedy within walking distance. Love the neighborhood. Always feel safe here and the neighbors are friendly. Several grocery stores nearby though the Grand Army Plaza Farmer's Market is open every Saturday and is great.

The place even comes with a portable washer/dryer that are easy to use for smaller loads.

Time frame is open though I listed until March which will likely be the latest I'll sublet the place for. Can start sometime in October.
