The infamous Roberta's Pizza restaurant is 5 minutes down the road, along with a vast array of great restaurants and bars in the area. Myrtle Avenue is an 8 minutes walk (J/M train) and Morgan Ave is a 10 minute walk (L train).  

We've absolutely loved living here – but it's time to move back to the UK to have a baby. We would ideally provide it unfurnished but could possibly arrange furnished. The rate we've included is considerably less than what we pay – we just want reassurance that the new tenant(s) will look after the place in the same way we have. Bill aren't included.

There is a full suite of amenities available – such as a fully equipped gym with climbing all, a games room, bowling alley, cinema and more – but this would come at an extra cost (believe around $150 p/m).

There is an opportunity for you to continue leasing the unit (in your name) from April onwards.
