I am not sharing with the other two tenants they use the other bathroom in the apartment so all to yourself. I live with two other Indian friends( both are guys) of mine who are in College. This is my room. My bed will be there, my sofa will be there the only thing I take with me is my TV and the stand as seen in the video. I am providing you with 5 lamps in the room. Two bean bags in the corner if you are anyone over. Lastly A carpet on the floor which gives a classier look to the room. All utilities included.

Kips Bay receives its name from the Kips family farm off the bay of the East River. The area in the 1600's and 1700's, was mostly farmland. As the decades went by, more and more of the land was bought off to make room for city developments. For example in 1794, Bellevue Farm was purchased in order to construct a medical facility, and in subsequent years, parcels of Kips Bay Farm were purchased to expand the facilities.
