Looking for someone to sublease a great apartment in Hamilton Heights. I will be out of New York so you will have the place to yourself. There are some great bars, restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner and the Hudson River is a 5 minute walk.

Started by European settlers in the 17th century as a Dutch
outpost, the area remained mostly farmland and housed rich
landowners even after the American revolution. After several

and settled the northern part of the island, building much of the
