Less than a ten minute walk to the Graham Avenue L train and about 10 min walk to the G train. Approx. 30 minute commute to midtown Manhattan via subway and approx. 20 min commute to Manhattan via car.
My room is on the top floor of a beautiful, light-filled 4 bedroom apartment (super tall ceilings!) and has a private entrance, private bathroom, and separate loft space at the top of the staircase. The 3 other roomates are very easygoing and friendly. Usually we are all never around at the same time and the space never feels cramped.
The building only has 5 floors, plus a gorgeous rooftop with city skyline views. There is a gym (no separate fee), large laundry room, and private lounge with pool table. About a 10 minute walk to lovely McCarren Park and about a 15 minute walk into the heart of Williamsburg.

Famous outside of NYC, Williamsburg is a rapidly growing
neighborhood known for a large population of young artists, indie
