Perfect for runners and young families with longest Manhattan esplanade along water -- right in back of building. Perfect for bikers thanks to the longest bike path with water views along Hudson River Greenway straight up to Harlem and beyond.
This is a 1-year sublet (with potential flexibility for under 1 year). We love our building, apartment, and neighborhood. Best place to live in Manhattan during COVID. Only reason for the move is due to a job relocation to LA.
