DESCRIPTION
Outstanding 2 Bedroom Apartment for Rent in Gowanus!
President Street in Gowanus is the best kept secret block in all of Brooklyn. This apartment takes up the entire 3rd floor of 504 President Street with green trees from the northern and southern exposure waving in the breezes. This newly renovated and beautiful kitchen is ready for entertaining and parties but also has beautiful southern light for that morning cup of coffee overlooking the backyards of this quaint block. The new renovation includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with an island, perfect for brunch and an evening glass of wine after a long day. The first bedroom is large enough for everything you need including a queen bed. But it also comes with a spacious closet. The northern windows here reveal beautiful views of downtown. The second bedroom is smaller but is still a good size or it could function as a large office. The entire apartment has been renovated including all floors and the bathroom. You will be living in what is essentially a brand new apartment. This is the best of what Brooklyn can be; a new apartment on and old and beautiful block. Just minutes from the R train at Union Street. And around the corner from the food and drinks at Littlneck, Givers and Takers, Runner and Stone and of course Claro with its Michelin Star. Call today this apartment is sweet and won't be available for long. Pets on approval.
