DESCRIPTION
I am looking for someone to assume the remainder of the lease of my 1BR/1BA Jersey City apartment. It is located at 475 Washington BLVD, the Monaco building, North Tower. I need to move because my company is transferring me out-of-state. The lease goes through mid-April of 2022. It's a beautiful apartment in a high-rise building with great views of the Hudson River and lower Manhattan. Hard wood floors, granite counter tops, W/D in unit. It's close and convenient to the Light Rail and PATH stations. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops are all within walking distance. The amenity fee is waived for my lease, so that would be part of the deal someone who assumes the lease would get. It is an A4N floor plan and is 824 square feet. The monthly rent on this lease is $2900/mo. The same size unit is currently going for over $3000 so you would get in at a discount. This is not a sub-let or call for a roommate. Applicants need to apply through the property to qualify for the unit like any other prospective renter. If approved, the lease would transfer fully to you. I am willing to split the cost of the application fee ($125) to serious and qualified applicants. If you would like additional pictures, let me know and I will send them to serious applicants. I am hoping to have a new tenant for this unit by Oct 1st.
