7 train is 8-10 min walk away and E train is 12 min walk away. There is a free shuttle to the 7 train for the residents that picks you up right outside the building. East River Ferry stop is right next to the building (2 min walk), the nearest grocery store is 5 min walk away.
The lease assignment is through May 31st 2021. We can't say enough good things about this building. We loved using the private outdoor yard, especially during Covid, plus staff here is super nice and helpful.
