$2,100/mo. for this very spacious, newly renovated studio in Hell's Kitchen. Lease can start as early as Dec. 15. This is a rent-stabilized unit. I have lived in this unit for six years and have taken excellent care of everything, including having the kitchen redone and personally installing new, top-of-the-line fixtures in the kitchen, bathroom, and ceiling lights.
This is an absolute steal of a deal; the location alone is well worth the price.
Window unit is included.
Two levels of window dressings: first, white cellular shades that diffuse light; second, remote-controlled motorized blackout shades (+$1,000 spent on these; included at no additional charge)
Apartment pre-fit with smart lighting; simply pair your phone on Hue app.
Near the 123 ACE BDFM NQR
Third-floor walk up, two large closets, can fit a queen, bookshelf, TV stand, chair, couch, and more. Lots of natural sunlight, and a quiet building. Planet Fitness and Equinox are blocks away, and there are several grocery stores nearby. Right in the heart of Hell's Kitchen restaurant scene.

the streets are adorned with brownstones, apartment complexes and
cute cafes. This once feared neighborhood has become a friendly
place to kick back and have a drink with friends.
Hell's Kitchen started life as several plots of farmland in the
early 1700's. The easy access to the river proved to be perfect for
agricultural pursuits. However, as the city expanded north, more
and more farms were purchased from their owners to make space for
other things, like the construction of New York Hospital in
1911.
The population of the area exploded in the early 1900's. Even
so, the city didn't pay too much attention to the area, which led
to increased poverty and crime. During prohibition, Hell's Kitchen
was the site of several major distilling and rumrunner…
