DESCRIPTION
Note: Gross rent is $3,495. As an incentive, I will pay whoever takes over my lease $1,500 upon lease takeover approval making your rent effectively $2,995.

Looking for someone for mid November through February. I've accepted a job offer across the country. The building is less than a year old, I'm the first person to live in this unit.

Washer/dryer in unit, winter heat paid by building, otherwise the remaining electrical or AC is paid by renter. You would need to apply to get the unit, on the back-end I just let the leasing office know you are taking over my lease for the 3 months. The lease ends at the end of February so can be short-term or if you want to remain you can take that up with the leasing office at that point.

The building has a nice rooftop for entertaining, a common lounge area in the lobby, and a really large nice gym. It's got powerlifting equipment, cardio equipment that can play Netflix/YouTube/etc, rowers, yoga room, etc.

Lastly, I can leave it furnished or un-furnished. I'm not going to take most things across the country with me so if you want to take certain items of mine we can work that out.

Two blocks from Madison Square Garden and Hudson Yards so you can pretty much access every subway quickly.

I'm posting pictures of the unit prior to me moving in, but if interested you'll see my furniture in-person if you want to proceed.

HUDSON YARDS

Nestled between Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea is a newer addition to the Manhattan neighborhood family. Hudson Yards is a development that broke ground in 2012 and has seen major progress within the last few years. It attempts to entice all New Yorkers via residential buildings, art centers, public gardens, and green spaces.

Fun Facts and History of Hudson Yards

Before Hudson Yards, there was The West Side Yard, which is used as a storage space for the trains of the Long Island Rail Road. Much of the land had been consolidated over the years, meaning there was a decent amount of space that could be used for development. The plan for mixed-use development was put forth in 2008 and the groundbreaking for 10 Hudson Yards took place in December of 2012.

Since then, eight of the proposed sixteen buildings have been completed, as well as a public green space. The next phase of Hudson Yards construction will finish out the project and is expected to be complete in 2024. Several major…
