DESCRIPTION
Private Studio (Queen) 7G in fully furnished 1 bedrooms / 1 bathroom located in Times Square. Month to month available. $99 monthly membership includes utilities and HBO / Netflix. Everything is already set up. You just need to move-in and start using them. A large metal queen bed serves as the foundation as it is layered with two tasseled accent pillows and a cozy throw blanket. A folding desk is located to the right of the bed and can be closed if you require more space to stretch. The room also boasts a large closet, black-out curtains, hand-picked decor. The walls were painted a crisp white to allow for the blue accents throughout to pop. The room in-house designed room was made to be as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing.

The living area is comprised of beige upholstered love-seat that sits at the foot of the bed. The kitchen cabinets are a mahogany color and compliment the other pops of color reddish wood
     throughout. The bed area features a large metal queen bed while two nightstands and globe sconces flank it. Nonetheless, the home comes with many amenities one would expect from a boutique hotel in a personalized environment that will rightfully make you feel at home. * Please note that our listed price is for a 12 month stay. Hudson Yards is a development that broke ground in 2012 and has seen major progress within the last few years. It attempts to entice all New Yorkers via residential buildings, art centers, public gardens, and green spaces.

Fun Facts and History of Hudson Yards

Before Hudson Yards, there was The West Side Yard, which is used as a storage space for the trains of the Long Island Rail Road. Much of the land had been consolidated over the years, meaning there was a decent amount of space that could be used for development. The plan for mixed-use development was put forth in 2008 and the groundbreaking for 10 Hudson Yards took place in December of 2012.
