Soho - West Broadway and Broome - Updated Traditional Loft - New Kitchen
This 3000 square foot Soho classic loft conjures images of great artists at work and downtown culture at its finest! A brand new vented Bertazzoni kitchen featuring custom wood and glass cabinetry will inspire your inner chef. The open layout of the living and dining area is light and bright from a wide wall of Italianate arched windows facing south. There's room to dance, play ball, maybe even fly a kite in this incredible space. Original cast-iron columns add authenticity. Rich hardwood floors provide warmth and flow. Bathrooms feature sharp tile design and pedestal sink in one and classic glass blocks and full vanity in the other. They don't make them like this anymore. Ideal for antiquarian instincts with modern affinities!
