DESCRIPTION
No-fee rentals are more and more rare in today's highly competitive market, but here's a great chance. This is a fantastic rental. It's a recently renovated, spacious, one-bedroom and the Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood is fantastic. I recommend you schedule a viewing immediately. The unit's features include hardwood floors throughout and large windows. High ceilings contribute to the apartment's lovely feel. The rental has a nearby laundromat. The windows pour in lots of sunshine to keep your spirits up. In addition to the above, the apt comes with heat/hot included. For meals at home, the apartment's kitchen was recently renovated and has a window that opens, an open layout, hardwood flooring, and new countertops. You'll find a full-sized fridge, a gas range, plenty of storage, stainless steel appliances, and a gas oven. The bedroom has a window that opens, hardwood floors, and good storage. You should have no problem fitting a king-sized bed in the bedroom. The recently renovated bathroom comes with granite finishes, a soaking tub, a standard shower, and good storage. There's also a window that opens in the bathroom. It's rare in NYC, at this price range, to find a building that's well maintained and loved by tenants. This building is exactly that. The full amenity list includes a great super, parking on street, a front door buzzer, and clean hallways. The subway is just around the corner. Prospect is a short walk and has events all year! Don't miss out on this beautiful apartment. For additional information and to schedule a showing, contact me at your earliest convenience.

MAP
FLATBUSH
Just below Prospect Park is the residential neighborhood of
Flatbush. Quiet and calm, yet still close to the action, Flatbush
is a popular neighborhood with families and young professionals
alike due to its proximity to the park, fabulous restaurants, and
easy access to other parts of the city.
Established in 1651, Flatbush went by the name of "Midwout" when
it was still a young Dutch Colony. Once the British took over in
1664, Flatbush became the central area of the new King's County,
even being named the county seat. It would remain this way through
the 1700's and most of the 1800's being a large hub for merchants
and farmers.
Flatbush was incorporated into the larger city of Brooklyn in
1894 and subsequently turned into a residential neighborhood after
1898 when Brooklyn became a borough in the Greater New York City.
Construction on new apartment complexes, mostly mid-rise art deco
buildings, happened quickly as subway lines came to the area…
