DESCRIPTION
Private bedroom available to sublet in large 2-bedroom apartment in LIC! Bedroom is unfurnished, living room and kitchen fully furnished. There are 2 roommates, one who lives in the master suite with their own bathroom, and another who you would share the second bathroom with. Cherries on top: in unit laundry, massive private terrace, and a very friendly golden retriever belonging to a roommate.
The building has a beautiful gym (includes a yoga studio, squash court, and half basketball court), 24 hour doormen, and rooftop with grills. 5 minute walk from the N, W, E, M, 7, and G, 20 minutes max to anywhere in midtown. There's a grocery store in the building, a pharmacy down the street, and lots of great restaurants nearby.
Sublet is available from May 14th through August 31st, though dates can be flexible. There isn't an opportunity to get on the full lease at the end of the sublet.
Please reach out if you have any questions! I love this place, I can go on and on about LIC.

LONG ISLAND CITY
Located right across the East River, you're traveling through
Long Island City if you want to get from Manhattan to Queens. Once
an industrial neighborhood, the last twenty years have been
transformative for this area as it quickly expands its population
and artistic culture.
The official coat of arms for LIC depicts the Native Americans,
Dutch, and English that once called the area home. LIC was its own
city from 1870 until it became part of the Greater City of New York
in 1898. Afterwards, LIC earned the distinction of being the First
Ward of the Queens Borough. LIC was a bustling commercial and
manufacturing hub as various factories opened up in the area.
In 2001, the city changed LIC's classification from commercial
to residential. Since then dozens of new luxury apartments have
been built here to support the growing population. LIC has become
known as an artist haven as many museums, galleries, restaurants,
and bars open their doors…
