We have lived here for over 3 years and adore the apartment and the building but need to move out of state for work. All bedrooms, including the flex bedroom, have lots of closet space (2 walk in closets in master), and then there are 2 more big closets in the entrance and living room.
There is laundry on the floor and a nice gym, childrens playroom, party room, and racquetball court on the roof, plus a lounge area. Theres also a nice outdoor roof deck. Location is fantastic; 3 minute walk to the subway, a block to Riverside Park, and lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping (including some great grocery stores) close by on Broadway, Amsterdam and Columbus, but you get the relative peace and quiet of West End right outside.
We are offering at a discount to our lease, which is already a good deal; a similar unit in the building is listed now for much higher than our lease!
