Why are you looking for a renter?
Due to a location change of my fiance's office, we are looking for someone to take over our lease.

What do you love about this place?
On the water, in vibrant Williamsburg, our spacious, newly constructed building has a lot to offer. The apartment features a walk-in closet, new appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful bathroom and in-unit laundry. In addition the building offers a ton of amenities such as a gym, pool, outdoor space (with grills) and a game room! Additionally there is a shuttle throughout the morning and night to bring you to the Subway station.

What isn't so great about this place?
We haven't been there long enough to experience anything bad! So far, so good! We are truly disappointed to have to leave.
