DESCRIPTION
Amazing location in Williamsburg right along the East River with phenomenal city views. The building has a rooftop terrace, lounge / working space, pool, and grills with some of the best views of Manhattan in the city. You'll feel safe and attended to with the building's 24 hour doorman service. There's also a large City Acres grocery store right across the street, and Whole Foods 0.5 miles away, making it convenient to buy and transport your groceries.
The apartment itself is brand new - I am the first tenant to ever live in it. All stainless steal appliances, walk-in closet and a washer/dryer in the unit so no visits to a laundry mat nor share machines with other neighbors. Full size bathroom with large tub and shower head.
Looking for a subletter to start in January (preferably the 1st) with a minimum of three months (03/31) but preferred stay is six months (06/30) with a maximum is 9.5 (till the end of my lease in mid-September). I'm open to lowering the monthly price for any renter who wants to take the place over for for the preferred duration (6 months).

Originally it's own village, Williamsburg has had a long history
as a home for Manhattanites seeking a less-expensive refuge across
the river. Because of the convenience of the village, the
population grew fast. It became the Town of Williamsburg in 1840,
and evolved again into the City of Williamsburg in 1855. However,
Williamsburg was soon incorporated into Brooklyn that same
year.
Once Brooklyn became part of New York City in 1898, more
transportation options were added, making Williamsburg very
popular, especially among immigrant populations. Post-WWII, it
became home to many Hasidic Jews as well as people from Puerto Rico
