DESCRIPTION

Stunning 2 bed with Laundry in the building! And pets are welcome, (on approval, of course!)

There are two large bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment: perfect for roommates. There is a wall of South facing windows and an operable skylight allowing for plenty of light and fresh air. High end finishes, a chef's kitchen, and plenty of storage complete the picture.

The kitchen is chef-grade: 30" Range with built-in Microwave, 24" Dishwasher, Large Refrigerator--all Stainless-- Hardwood Cabinets and plenty of Granite countertop space. Perfect for entertaining. But my personal favorite is the bathroom: Marble tile, hardwood vanity with Granite counter top and a Full sized shower with 3 Showerheads, great for washing away a day's stress.

Location is great as well--2 blocks from the Park, and moments to shopping and subways. Wonderful opportunity for a Nice home at a better price: Hurry up and call for a viewing today!

Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction until the 1840's and 50's. However, Prospect Park was soon in development in the 1860's and 70's, leading to an…
