I am putting together 4 people to be on a shared lease in a modern 4 bed 2 bath apt in a prime Harlem location tucked away on a beautiful quiet street and only steps from the AC/BD trains at 125th. The apartment has a W/D in it and a beautiful modern renovation with lots of exposed brick.
To move in you will need
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month)
-brokers fee (1 month)
You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc.
***All applicants must earn 40X the rent (around 40k minimum yearly income) and credit score minimum of 650!!***
