DESCRIPTION
Listing description:
Up for rent is a newly-renovated studio on the 20th floor of a beautiful prewar building with a stunning new lobby and glass facade. Nestled in the heart of midtown Manhattan, this location provides easy walking access from Madison Square Park to Bryant Park, from the Flatiron Building to the Empire State Building, and from Penn Station to Grand Central Terminal. Alternatively, hop on a 4 or 6 train at 33rd Street Station (right outside the building), or take the BDFM or NQRW from Herald Square two short blocks away. Enjoy Murray Hill's nightlife, or try out the best Korean BBQ the city has to offer. This studio has a nook just perfect for a queen-sized bed, and you even get a dishwasher! I've been very pleased with my stay here at 4 Park, and I'm sure you will be too.

All of these buildings are national landmarks, and celebrate the art deco style that NYC is known for.

The other famous part of Midtown South is the Garment District and Koreatown. The Garment District has been around for a while, originally sewing clothes for enslaved people until NYC outlawed slavery in 1827. Afterward, the district…
