Both the bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated and are separate from the main living space. The apartment also has a small changing room that leads to the bathroom. The building has an in-house laundry room, and storage area. You can also apply for garage space. The Curzon House is conveniently located close to Forest Park, Metropolitan Ave., Subway Lines: E, F, J, Z & LIRR Kew Gardens Station.

Furniture included: 1 brown sofa bed, 2 rugs (large brown area rug and small grey rug for the changing room), 1 black room divider, 1 decorative fireplace mantel, 1 black drawer, and 2 lamps.
