The windows pour in tons of sun to cheer you up even during a mid-winter day.

The bedroom has good storage and hardwood floors. The bedroom is average sized, and should have space for a queen sized bed.

The bathroom has a standard tub, a standard shower, a medicine cabinet, and good storage and was recently renovated.

It's rare in NYC, at this price range, to find a building that's loved by tenants and leasing up fast. This building is exactly that. It's worth noting the building features clean hallways.
