I am subletting 1 room in my 3 bed 1 bath apartment. The apartment is located off of the Myrtle/Wyckoff L/M stop in Bushwick. The room is furnished and available May 1st. The rest of the apartment is also furnished. The apartment was renovated 4 years ago and I have been here since the renovation. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit!

I am a professional female. Pretty low key and looking for someone who would be a good fit. I'm not subletting to couples. Since I am subletting the room and we are not the landlords I am not accepting any vouchers. Please contact me for any questions!

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.
