The rooms are furnished, but you can bring your own furniture. Kitchen is fully stocked. There is covered bay parking(included), and the complex is in a safe, gated area. The complex has a pool which you can use, and it's close to Lenox Mall, Marta, Publix, Kroger, the gym, and there's lots of great streets for a jog.
Pets are ok, but will be extra 50$/pet/month. There are pet walking areas all around the complex.
About me, I'm a software engineer, 33, ever since COVID I work from home, so you know the internet is fast. I'm looking for a like-minded clean professional. The bedroom will be available on September 17th.
The master bedroom & bathroom are pictures. We can video chat/schedule a tour.
Rent is minimum of 3 months, then it's month to month. I need 30 days notice if you want to move out.
