***
My roommate is moving out May 31st and I'm looking for someone to takeover their portion of the 1-year lease in a bright, very large room in a recently renovated prewar Hell's Kitchen apartment. The apartment has a furnished living room/kitchen, is a true 2 bedroom/1 bath, and is in a wonderful neighborhood on 51st Street close to 9th Ave less than 5 minutes from ACE/123/NQRW/BD subway lines. The apartment is around the corner from tons of great restaurants/coffee shops/bars and a 10-minute walk from Central Park!

Room Description:
-Very large room (187 ft2) with high ceiling and lots of natural light
-3 large windows with fire escape balcony and trees in view
-Huge closet space with multiple storage cabinets
-New hardwood floors
-The room is unfurnished (living room/kitchen are furnished – see apartment details below)

I'm an easygoing recent college grad, work in midtown, and have lived here for 2 years. I have an active social life and enjoy exploring art galleries, playing soccer, going to the gym, and listening to music during my free time. The 1-year lease would begin on June 1st and rent is $1950/month + utilities & internet; security deposit due at lease signing.

I'm looking for a friendly, clean, respectful, and easygoing roommate (male or female) – please send a description of yourself, your social media profiles, and let me know when you're free for a walkthrough! My email is: jemcfar95@gmail.com

Apartment Details:
-Recently renovated spacious apartment (true 2 bed/1 bath - 900 ft2) with hardwood floors and new appliances (dishwasher, oven, sink, large fridge)
-Furnished living room & kitchen (couch, carpet, 2 large shelves, lounge chairs, kitchenware, frigidaire AC, bar cart, plants, and art)
-Bathroom is well-maintained, clean, and has a bath/shower (and skylight window)
