Don't miss this bright & sunny renovated spacious one-and-a-half bedroom Duplex apartment (easily used as a 2-bedroom) with Private Outdoor Space located on one of the most bucolic Prospect Heights blocks, available now!
This corner unit has new hardwood floors throughout, an updated kitchen (with an apron sink), a beautiful renovated windowed bathroom (refurbished cast iron bathtub and sink), and large windows--you'll never get tired of the light flowing into your home through the numerous Western & Southern exposures! The entry level--which features nearly 11-foot ceilings--has the great room (kitchen/dining area), bathroom and master bedroom, which is king-sized (and double-exposed, which floods the bedroom with natural light); the spiral staircase takes you to the ground level, where you'll find the surprisingly bright living area/large den or office (featuring a heated floor) which is larger than the master bed and can easily be utilized as a second bedroom, as well as the door to your own little Shangri-la: a long unique private patio.
The landlord completed a top-notch renovation, but kept many charming original details. The delightfully high ceilings (of the entry level) allow your imagination to run wild with interior design & storage possibilities. The apartment also features numerous large closets, as well as two remote-controlled ceiling fans and quirks such as an outlet with USB ports to charge your gadgets!
The building is quiet, with four units per floor. Mere minutes to the 2/3 train at Grand Army Plaza and the B/Q train at 7 Ave (only two stops before Manhattan). While living in this apartment, you'll enjoy being a stone's throw to all the best Brooklyn has to offer: Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, the Greenmarket at Grand Army Plaza, the central branch of the Brooklyn Public Library, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, the Barclay's Center as well as hot spots such as Olmsted, Tom's Restaurant, Chavella's, Barboncino, Ample Hills, and many many others (with new delights popping up every week!).
Laundry is right across the street and heat/hot water are included in the rent. Please note, Net Effective Rent is advertised on a 9 month lease. Standard Broker's Fee is due at lease signing and the No Pets policy is strictly enforced.

The original grid for Prospect Heights was drawn in 1833 and
constructed in 1834, based largely on how the land had been run by
the farmers who settled there. However, Brooklyn decided, as
streets were still being constructed, to lay a new grid all
