Don't miss this bright & sunny one bedroom apartment located on one of the most bucolic Prospect Heights blocks.
This updated corner unit features hardwood floors throughout, a clean white kitchen, a beautiful renovated windowed bathroom, and an bedroom fit for a queen/king--you'll never get tired of the light flowing into your top-floor home through the oversized windows (one of which has a beautiful panorama of the Manhattan skyline)!
The landlord recently completed a great renovation before the current tenants moved in (who kept it in fantastic condition), but kept many charming original details, including the glass door which leads into your new bedroom.

While living in this apartment, you'll enjoy being within reach of all the best Brooklyn has to offer: Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, the central Brooklyn Public Library, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, the Barclays Center as well as hot spots such as Olmsted, The James, Tom's Restaurant, Chavella's, Barboncino, Ample Hills, and many others.
Laundry is right across the street, the apartment is cable/internet ready, and heat/hot water are included in the rent. SORRY, NO PETS!
This apartment is the most affordable true one bedroom in the neighborhood; it is available now, won't last, so email today to schedule a viewing.
