Hi guys! I'm looking for a someone to take over my room in the East Village/Union Square area (13th st. between 1st and 2nd ave), super close to the L on 1st ave and a short walk to Union Square subway station. Within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants and bars.

The room can be fully furnished with a full size bed, bedside tables and a dresser.

The rent is $1425/month. $1,425 security deposit + utilities.

The housemates are two males in their late twenties, both working full time, like to keep the apartment clean and tidy. Please message me for more info/photos of the apartment and with a bit of information about yourself!
