I am the current tenant holding a lease expiring on 4/31/21 but I'm vacating on 1/31/21 and looking for a replacement tenant to enter into a new 12 month lease with landlord at $2,500/mo. I currently pay $3,150 and landlord agreed to replacement lease at $2,500, I pay the difference to landlord through end of April.
Apartment is a parlor level prewar 2nd story brownstone walkup on rear of building. Apartment features: high ceilings (10'+), ornate fireplace, bay window with window seat, shoulder high wainscoting, granite kitchen counter, sleeping loft for guests, and intercom/buzzer for the front door. Dogs/cats are permitted if approved by landlord.
The apartment is 1/2 block from the 69th st entrance to Central Park and super close Trader Joe's at 72nd. Laundry mat on same block.
You would have to meet the landlord's credit criteria etc.
