With industrialization came working class immigrants, who worked the piers and helped build the row houses and low rise apartment complexes that are still around to this day. RENTHOP DESCRIPTION
The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $13,500. This is a luxury doorman / elevator building. The building also boasts a fitness center to help residents stay in great shape. Everything is still in great condition as the building only recently completed construction. The manager allows pet cats but does not seem to allow dogs. As always, you should ask as early in the process as possible if you have any questions regarding the pet policy.
