Real one-bedroom apartment available for sublet starting July 2019 and February 2020 (not accepting shorter term sublet offers). There's, however, an option to resign the lease and keep the apartment after February 2020. This will also put you on the winter cycle of renting when apartments are cheaper, which will bring significant savings in the longer term.
