I'm looking for sublets or renters who'd be interested in taking over the lease that ends 2021 Aprill 30th.
The apartment is located in Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy and near two G train stops: Bedford Nostrand & Classon. (Also near Pratt Institute)
This is a duplex apartment - ground level and lower level
3 bedrooms, 2 bath with an amazing backyard which each rooms has access to ( you will see in the photos! )
The living room in the first few photos was converted to a work station as per WFH state, but was a great living room space before.
Earliest available: October 1st, can be flexible to mid October if time is needed.
