The place is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on 8th Street (Saint Marks Place), between 3rd and 2nd Avenue. Very easy access to the subway, 2 min walk to 6 train and 3 min walk to N,R,W train. The area is fun, with tons of restaurants nearby. There is also a yoga studio (Yoga to the people) on the same block and it's by donation
