DESCRIPTION
Listing description:
Hey all, I won't be using my studio near Prospect Park and looking to sublet it asap (available prorated for March) until April and possibly May. It is fully furnished (everything in the pictures) in a beautiful building (33 Lincoln) that has reception, mail room, security, gym, and multiple rec rooms (gym and rec rooms may be temporarily closed given the current situation). Utilities are all included and there is laundry in the building. It is right next to Prospect Park Subway station and right above a large grocery store. Subleasing it for $2200 all inclusive (utilities, gas, internet). Let me know if you're interested or know someone who may be, I will send a video for a virtual tour upon request! ☺️

MAP
FLATBUSH
Just below Prospect Park is the residential neighborhood of
Flatbush. Quiet and calm, yet still close to the action, Flatbush
is a popular neighborhood with families and young professionals
alike due to its proximity to the park, fabulous restaurants, and
easy access to other parts of the city.
Established in 1651, Flatbush went by the name of "Midwout" when
it was still a young Dutch Colony. Once the British took over in
1664, Flatbush became the central area of the new King's County,
even being named the county seat. It would remain this way through
the 1700's and most of the 1800's being a large hub for merchants
and farmers.
Flatbush was incorporated into the larger city of Brooklyn in
1894 and subsequently turned into a residential neighborhood after
1898 when Brooklyn became a borough in the Greater New York City.
Construction on new apartment complexes, mostly mid-rise art deco
buildings, happened quickly as subway lines came to the area…
