Big room in 2br apt available August 1, 1 yr lease. New kitchen with gas range and new bathroom remodedled last year. Rooftop access with view of Manhattan. Just over a block from the Ralph Ave C and 10 min walk to Broadway junxtion L, J, Z. First and deposit (also $975) to move in. Plus cable and electric. I'm female, mid 30s, work in manhattan. Room pictured is mine but the other room is the same size with an additional window. Unfortunately no pets allowed. Did I miss anything...? PM me for more details and to sched a viewing. *should also mention living room furniture is going with the roommate. So if you have furniture no problem, otherwise I will be getting new ones.
