Hi guys, I'm looking to sublet my studio apartment that is located on 11th St and 2nd ave in Manhattan(east village) the studio would be available on July 1. The area has great restaurants, 24 hours supermarket, and Washington square park is 5 minutes away walking distance. The nearest train station is union square which has the 6,4,5,L, and R train. The rent is $2,350 and one month deposit to move in, im not asking to sign a lease because its a sublet but im looking for a responsible tenant.
