I have been living here for 4 years and never had a reason to give up this place.  However, I got a new job out of state so I need to move when I still got 10 more months on my lease.  So you can stay until November 1st, 2021.  What I cannot bring with me you may keep.  This includes a couch that pulls out quickly to a bed, desk and chair, window ac, 4 drawer dresser, and a rug.  If you don't want any of it, I can remove it before you move in.

Since this is a studio there is no pets allowed stated by the landlord.  Also, since this shares a bathroom only person is allowed to live here permanently.  Obviously you can have people over and spend the night.  It is just no long term guest to help keep the bathroom free.

I would need someone to sublet it for the whole 10 months left on my lease.  Payments will go straight to the realtor each month.  No need to pay me.
