DESCRIPTION
True 1 bedroom apartment located near theatre district. Apartment is on the first floor, but is very quiet as the apartment faces away from the street. The apartment has a small private patio/deck in the back. Bedroom has decent closet space and fits a queen size bed with plenty of room to spare (we fit in 2 dressers, 2 nightstands etc).

We are currently subletting and looking for someone to take over our sublease as we are moving across the country for work. The lease is up at the end of August 2020. We are only considering people willing to sign on for the remainder of the lease (i.e. April 1 - August 31 is the shortest amount of time we can consider). Option to sign onto a new lease beginning Sept 1.

Note that 2200 is net effective rent for April 1-August 31. Actual rent is 2750/month but August rent is free!

Apartment is steps away from the CE trains and a block from NRW. Great Hell's Kitchen restaurants around the corner.

Looking for someone to move in between March 18th and March 31st. If you're interested in keeping bedroom furniture (other than mattress) let me know and we can discuss.
