The soaring 39 story towers offer dramatic city and Hudson River views as well as an expansive, private outdoor terrace. A variety of floorplans, including studios, 1, 2, 3 bedroom, and duplex apartments, are all appointed with high-end fixtures and finishes. Many apartments are newly renovated and feature walk-in closets, large balconies, and washer/dryers.

In addition to full-time doormen and updated lobbies, the community boasts a long list of desirable amenities, including a year-round swimming pool, children's playroom, fitness center, and more. The conveniences don't stop there, Independence Plaza offers parking and a grocery store on-site, plus the 1,2,3 subway trains are just steps away.
