DESCRIPTION
Hello,
I have to move back to my hometown, Chicago, due to family issues. As such, I am subletting my apartment. My lease is up on 4/14/2021.
This apartment is located on 105th St. between 1st and 2nd ave. It's a railroad style large 1bdrm apartment. This place is extremely cozy and truly felt like home. I'm so sad that I have to leave it.
The building owner is amazing. He's extremely kind, responsive, and very understanding. The building super is also very responsive and friendly.
The rent is $2,200, but I really need someone to take over the lease so I'd pay it up so that it averages to $2,000/month. It's no broker's fee. It can be available whenever you're ready. I'll just need a 2-3 day notice.
One more thing, if you like the furniture, then it's yours! Since I'm moving across the county (somewhat) and will be living with my family, I'm not going to take much with me- except my art! I'm taking my art

avenue all the way up to a point at 143rd, East Harlem is full of
culture and energy that is celebrated to this day.
In 1860, a residential settlement was developed on 110th St and
3rd Ave after residents were forced to move due to the construction
of Central Park. By the 1880s, row houses in East Harlem became
home to thousands of immigrants, mostly of German and Irish
descent. Soon after, Italians began moving into the neighborhood in
large numbers, and by the mid-1890s the neighborhood became known
as Italian Harlem.
In 1919, the Lexington Avenue Subway (now the 4, 5, 6, lines)
reached the neighborhood, which contributed to substantial
population growth. At the time, the area had one…
