DESCRIPTION
I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Downtown Brooklyn, as I am moving for work. It is a spacious bedroom, currently I have a dresser, a night stand and a Queen Size bed and there is still room. The apartments had a dishwasher, massive fridge, washer and dryer, and amazing views of manhattan. The building itself has a doorman, rooftop lounge, rooftop pool and a gym all on-site. You'd be sharing the apartment with a 22 yr working female.

This is for a lease takeover, meaning you'd replace me on the lease. The lease ends on April 2019. If you sign before April 27th, last month is free. May 6th move-in though flexible and the rent would be pro-rated. Room will be unfurnished.

After Brooklyn became part of New York City in 1898, business ramped up in Downtown Brooklyn, but the number of people wanting to live there ramped up as well. Today, Downtown Brooklyn is equal parts…
