Hi there! We are two guys looking for someone to rent our third bedroom! We live right on the Broadway Triangle, in a spacious, sunny apartment that gets tons of natural light!
We love to cook, listen to music, and play dominoes. We are usually pretty busy with work during the day, but at night we love to kickback and relax. We have a small black cat named Leo. We're looking for a cool, casual, clean person, who is all about the home sweet home vibe! Ideally we'd love someone who'd stay for a year but we can talk! Right near the Flushing Station stop for the G, and the JMZ trains!

Looking for someone to takeover the lease in December and possibly resign for a year July 1st.
