We like a quiet clean space to live in and are looking for roommates that want that too. We still go out and have a beer here and there, or a glass of wine with dinner, but we aren't going out drinking every weekend and very much are looking for someone that matches that energy.

Rent includes internet. Utilities aren't and will be split among us.
