Head up to the second floor with a spacious grand living room and adjoining home office. The office features dual closets, oversized southern facing windows, and a wet bar with a wine cooler for serving guests.

Chad and Joe (hi 😀) will be living on the second floor which has two bedrooms. The laundry room is also on this level with a best-in-class washer and dryer.

Joe studied Economics and Computer Science at Claremont McKenna College. He joined MileIQ as a software engineer and stayed at Microsoft for two years after the acquisition. He took a year off to surf in Panama and now writes and paints.

Chad also studied Economics and Computer Science at Claremont McKenna College. He worked at Zynga as a software engineer and then joined Joe at Microsoft where he worked for three years. He runs and makes music.

We like a quiet clean space to live in and are looking for roommates that want that too. We still go out and have a beer here and there, or a glass of wine with dinner, but we aren't going out drinking every weekend and very much are looking for someone that matches that energy.

Rent includes internet. Utilities aren't and will be split among us.

We're looking forward to finding some great roommates! We hope that's you!

Those looking to rent in this neighborhood can expect to find their home on beautifully tree-lined, brownstone filled streets.

The other half of the name, Bedford, comes from one of the first major colonies in New Amsterdam. While Bedford was a major settlement, Stuyvesant Heights was largely farmland, and that was the relationship between the two settlements until after the Revolutionary…
