The whole apartment is 2 bedrooms (1 fully furnished, 1 unfurnished- could also be office/studio space), with a furnished living room and updated kitchen with appliances and dishware. The kitchen/living room is large, with a tv and couch and a pantry area. The furnished bedroom (with the white bed set) has a full size bed, A/C, closet, a wardrobe outside if more closet space required, clothing hangers, etc. Open to artists/creatives, with plenty of room to also use the 2nd bedroom as a studio.

Hoping for 3 month rental or longer, but flexible! Charging $2500 plus utilities (usually around $150 a month total). Also open to renting the rooms individually- larger bedroom $1300 a month, smaller bedroom $1200 a month

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants, especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer capital of the Northeast."
