The apartment has a washer/dry in-unit, dishwasher, space for a dining area, and built-in speakers. The bedroom fits a queen-sized bed and two large dressers. The building complex has doormen, elevators, two gyms, an indoor pool, and a furnished rooftop with great views. It is pet friendly!

The neighborhood is walkable to nearly every train (10 minutes to Jay Street MetroTech, York Street F, and Dekalb Q/B. There is a small grocery store on the ground floor of the building, Wegmans a 5 minute walk, Trader Joes 10 minute walk. Walk less than 20 minutes to Dumbo, BK Heights, Fort Greene, Cobble Hill, Prospect Heights.
