DECK Time has arrived .Summers a coming , .....and this COBBLE HILL Vintage 1850's One Bedroom Floor-thru gem with large PRIVATE DECK is a prize find. The contemporary open kitchen but somewhat detached has wonderful counter space ,solid appliances including a stainless steel dishwasher. The " BEDROOM ", catch my drift is amazing ; yes a real oversized and extra spacious bedroom with so much natural light and great closet space . The owner recently gave this apartment new oak floors ;and I like the exposed brick and high ceilings. The apartment also has a stunning deco +windowed bathroom with gorgeous tile ,that was a big surprise ! I don't think either kitchen or bathroom will disappoint . In fact I think you'll concur this is the real deal .....Cobble Hill treasure ! Owner will take 1 pet on approval as long as its quiet ,trained and friendly . Terrific owner and neighbors. Please have strong references. The owner also pays heat and hot water. March 1 or 15TH occupancy " preferred ". I'll make a great deal for you ! Allan
