DESCRIPTION

This is an amazing rental. It's a recently renovated, two bedroom plus the Crown Heights neighborhood is terrific. You should absolutely schedule a viewing today. It won't last.

The apartment's features include large windows and hardwood floors throughout. With exposed brick walls and high ceilings, the apartment has a likable character.

The rental is nice and bright. The apt comes with heat/hot included. The rental has onsite laundry. The landlord did a great job with the ...LED lighting.

You might never need it with New York's many restaurant options, but the apartment's kitchen was recently renovated and features hardwood floors, granite countertops, a kitchenette layout, and a window that opens. You'll find plenty of storage, high-end, stainless steel appliances, and a full-sized fridge.

The bedroom has hardwood floors and a window with a view. It's not a huge bedroom, but it's not tiny either. The bedroom should have no problem fitting a queen bed.

Inside the gut renovated bathroom there are marble finishes, a medicine cabinet, and a luxury shower. There's also a window that opens in the bathroom.

This is a great opportunity to rent in a building that's loved by tenants, leasing up fast, rarely available, and well maintained. Building amenities include a front door buzzer, a great super, on street parking, and lighted and clean hallways.

Fun Facts and History of Crown Heights

Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's, it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were extended to the area in the late 1800's.

While many of those older Victorian homes are still around, brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.

The 1970's were a turbulent timeā€¦
