My sister who is currently in China and do not know when to return during this current situation.

We are willing to have people live here short term and long term, with lease take over available.

The Property / Area (Alphabet City)

Located in East Village, the neighborhood was the true and living image of urban grit. Growing trendier by the day, the neighborhood still maintains its bohemian and edgy flair, but has begun to epitomize "shabby-chic" with street art paired with Starbucks and Capital One. Despite the increasingly expensive rental prices in this area, the neighborhood is still heavy with indie coffee shops, vintage clothing stores, and avant-garde performance spaces.

Although Alphabet City has managed to escape a lot of the heavy development found in other lower Manhattan neighborhoods, more and more high-rises and condos are being developed and the population of Alphabet is growing more and more diverse everyday.
